Changing the administration password of the Linksys Business Access Points

Changing the administration password is highly recommended to keep your device settings secured and protected from unauthorized access.  To learn how you can do this on the Linksys Business Access Point, follow the steps below.
 
NOTE:  The images below may vary depending on the model and firmware version of your Linksys Business Access Point.  If you're using a Linksys Business Cloud Access Point, the Linksys Cloud Manager should be disabled first.  Click here for instructions.
 
Step 1:
Access your device’s web-based setup page.  For instructions, click here.
 
Step 2:
Enter your access point’s Username and Password then click Log in.

NOTE:  By default, the Username and Password is admin.  If you have changed it but have forgotten the new password, it is recommended to reset the access point.
 
Step 3:
Click the Configuration tab.

Step 4:
On the upper left of the screen, go to Administration > User Accounts.

Step 5:
On the User Accounts page, check the box of the User Name you want to update, enter the New Password, and then confirm it.

Step 6:
Click User-added image to apply changes.
 
You have now successfully changed the administration password of your Linksys Business Access Point.
