Connecting your iPhone® to the Guest network

The Linksys Wireless-N routers have the ability to create a separate network for guests.  This feature allows your guests to connect to your wireless network without being able to access your main network.

NOTE:  Before connecting your iPhone®, ensure that you have the guest settings of your router. To learn how to retrieve these, click here.

QUICK TIP:  Make sure that your computers have active Internet connection.

Step 1:
On your Home screen, tap .

Step 2:
Tap Wi-Fi.

Step 3:
Tap your Guest network name.  You can easily identify your Guest network because it has a -guest suffix.

QUICK TIP:  Make sure your Wi-Fi is switched ON.

NOTE:  The Guest network will appear unsecured in the list of available wireless networks. However, a login page will appear on your screen upon opening a web browser asking for your guest password.

Step 4:
On the Log In page, enter your Guest password. Tap Done and then tap LOGIN.

Your iPhone® should now be successfully connected to the Guest network and to the Internet.
