Device Prioritization
Device Prioritization allows you to prioritize internet usage per device.  High Priority devices (wired or via Wi-Fi) will always stay connected.  Normal Priority devices share the leftover capacity.  Drag and drop devices to change from Normal Priority to High Priority and vice versa.

NOTE:  It is recommended to put devices used to stream videos or play online games and other demanding applications on High Priority.

The Device Prioritization feature uses speed test results to determine the amount of your internet capacity to direct to high priority devices.  If you feel that the results of the Velop speed test are inaccurate, you can input the speeds manually.  It is important that the numbers are accurate to get the most out of this feature.  It is recommended for you to go to https://speedtest.net on your laptop or contact your internet service provider (ISP) to find your actual speed and then enter it manually.

A speed test will automatically begin when you open the Device Prioritization page.
