Accessing the Linksys WRT32X web interface

This article assumes that your computer is directly connected to the Linksys WRT32X.  If you are using a smartphone or tablet, make sure to connect it to the router's Wi-Fi.  Follow these easy steps to learn how to access the web interface of the router. 

 
Step 1:
On your computer or mobile device, open a web browser.  In the Address bar, enter “http://myrouter.local” or "192.168.1.1" (the default IP address of the router).  Press [Enter].  
 
Step 2:
You will be prompted for the router password.  Enter it in the Admin Password field and then click or tap on Log In

NOTE:  The router's default password is admin.  But if you created a router password, use your password instead.  If you created a password hint, click or tap Show hint to help you remember your password.
